By scheduling or receiving services from SmartEdge LLC (“SmartEdge,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:

Services: SmartEdge provides residential lawn care, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and related home services. Service details, frequency, and pricing are outlined at time of booking.

Scheduling & Cancellations: We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. SmartEdge reserves the right to reschedule service due to severe weather at no additional charge.

Payment: Payment is due at time of service. Recurring customers are billed automatically. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Service Area: We currently serve residential properties in the greater Columbia and Lexington, South Carolina area.

Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

Changes: SmartEdge reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Information We Collect: We collect your name, address, phone number, email, and payment information when you book services.

How We Use It: Your information is used solely to schedule, deliver, and invoice for services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Communications: By providing your contact information you consent to receive service confirmations, scheduling updates, and occasional promotions from SmartEdge. You may opt out at any time.

Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure third party platforms. SmartEdge does not store your full payment details.

Automated Communications

SmartEdge utilizes AI-assisted technology to answer and respond to incoming service inquiries. By contacting us you consent to interacting with an automated system. All calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

 

Autonomous Equipment & Cameras

SmartEdge operates autonomous robotic lawn equipment on your property during scheduled service. Our robotic units are equipped with cameras used solely for navigation, obstacle detection, and operational safety. Camera footage is not recorded, stored, or shared. By scheduling service you consent to the operation of autonomous equipment on your property.

 

Payment & Billing Security

SmartEdge uses Jobber, a secure third party platform, to manage scheduling and payment processing. Credit card information stored on file is encrypted and managed entirely within Jobber’s secure system. SmartEdge staff do not have access to your full card details. Recurring customers authorize SmartEdge to charge the card on file following each completed service. You may update or remove your payment method at any time by contacting us.
